Wolkiro ("we", "our", "us") is a B2B workforce management platform operated by Aman Kumar (CybroCompany). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using Wolkiro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

To enable daily workforce operations, Wolkiro collects the following data:

• Employee Identity Data: Name and phone number, provided by the company administrator during employee registration.
• Device Identifier: A unique device hardware ID is stored when an employee first logs in. This is used exclusively to lock the account to one physical device and prevent identity fraud.
• Physical Location Data: GPS latitude and longitude coordinates are captured at the moment of check-in and check-out. This data is used solely to verify that the employee is physically inside an authorised geofenced site.
• Selfie Photographs: A photo is taken by the employee's device camera at each check-in and check-out. The photograph is used for visual identity verification by the company administrator.
• Attendance Records: Check-in and check-out timestamps are stored to generate daily attendance logs and monthly summaries.
• Company and Billing Data: Company name, administrator contact details, and billing information are collected to manage your subscription account.

2. How We Use Your Data

• GPS Location: Used strictly in real-time to evaluate whether an employee is inside a geofenced boundary. Location coordinates are stored as part of the attendance record for audit purposes.
• Selfie Photos: Stored securely and made available to the authorised company administrator to visually confirm employee identity. Photos are not used for any automated facial recognition system beyond the on-device ML face detection check.
• Device ID: Used solely to enforce the one-device-per-account policy. It is never shared or used for advertising.
• Billing Data: Used to generate invoices and process subscription payments via Razorpay.

3. Data Storage and Security

All selfie photographs are uploaded securely and stored in encrypted cloud environments on Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).

We implement industry-standard security measures including access control, encrypted storage, and regular security audits to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data or employee information to any third party for any commercial purpose.

We share data only with the following third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform:

• Razorpay: To securely process subscription payments. Razorpay's privacy policy governs data processed by them.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure cloud hosting and file storage.
• Google Maps / OpenStreetMap: For rendering site location maps within the dashboard.

5. Data Retention

We retain attendance records, location data, and selfie photographs for the duration of your active subscription plus a 90-day period following account termination, after which data is permanently deleted.

6. Employee Rights

Employee data is managed on behalf of the employer (the company administrator). Employees may contact their company administrator to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. For platform-level concerns, please contact us at support@wolkiro.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Wolkiro is a B2B enterprise platform intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify company administrators of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
